Exchange and return policy:


Exchanges are accepted within 7 days and returns within 3 days of the date it arrives to you.


Requirements:


1- The product must be in its original condition and unused, with all labels attached, undamaged, and wrapped in the original packaging.


2- Products that cannot be exchanged or returned (products after use or opening and electronic products such as remotes and keys are absolutely not exchangeable or returnable)


3- The customer bears the shipping and return costs in case of exchange and return.

The first shipping fee is deducted, plus the return shipping costs.

If shipping is free, the customer will be charged the return shipping costs.

Replacement steps:


Invoice number


• Customer name


• Reason for replacement


• Name the product you wish to exchange, along with the size, color, required SKU number, and quantity.


• You will be informed of the reorder procedure and served directly once your order is received and the item and its accessories are confirmed to be undamaged.


Recovery steps:


Invoice number


• Customer name


• Reason for return


• Name of the product to be returned


• Direct payments (bank name + IBAN + account holder name) * The account holder name must match the invoice holder

• Installment payments: The amount is refunded by the installment company.
